Totally professional and kind staff from reception, to lab services, then on to treatments, doctors and nurses. Appointments are made to be as convenient as possible to the patient. Can't imagine getting better care for cancer treatment anywhere in the country.

I have never been treated with such respect, kindness and dignity as I am treated by every single human I came in contact with yesterday during my visit. From the people who greeted me to the doctor to the nurse to the insurance/appointment person all treated me as if I were their only patient that day when I am sure things were crazy. They each were extremely thorough but thoughtful in each of their tasks.

It was good. Appointments were made quickly. Only concern would have been maybe more tests before surgery. I would have preferred a biopsy from vagina vise cutting me open. It hurts to heal but plenty of support to determine what the mass was. Thanks

Since surgery, I usually see Emma, who is always attentive, listens to my concerns and uses the appropriate tools available to make sure I'm healthy and healing well after my cancer surgery. When she has further questions, she consults with Dr. Nowicki. No stone is unturned, with Healing hands all around!

From the time I walked in the door of the building I felt comfortable. The Receptionist needs to be praised for lifting the spirits of everyone that walks in. The building is state of the art and a pleasure to walk around. The art and the river along with the building being immaculate is so impressive. Most of all Dr my Doctors were the best along with the staff. They are friendly and very personable and professional. They treated me like a family member. They solved my medical problem so I won???t be seeing them again but I rave to everyone I know about MD Anderson. The best. Thank you!
